From the numbers above, we can make an overall assessment of both sides in terms of orders and deliveries.

For Boeing, the deliveries are as expected still low following the continued oversight from the FAA following Alaska Airlines flight AS1282.

Orders were relatively strong despite the pressures that the American planemaker is facing currently.

Furthermore, all eyes will be on the months ahead for them to see if they can get those delivery numbers up.

On the other hand, Airbus had another strong month, but that’s due to lack of constraint in issues currently.

Orders remained strong, adding to an already healthy backlog, with a good number of aircraft delivered too.

Looking ahead, all eyes will be on what April 2024 holds for both Boeing and Airbus.
