TUI gives Aberdeen Airport a boost with six summer routes

TUI has recently announced its “biggest ever” UK winter flying program for 2023/2024 by adding 150,000 seats to its offering.

For the airline’s customers in Aberdeen, the summer 2023 season will also gain a wider choice in popular destinations such as Tenerife, Majorca and Turkey from Aberdeen International Airport.

With a total of nine flights a week, TUI flying offers six routes from the region, with the largest amount of flights to Palma, Majorca three times a week and Dalaman, Turkey twice a week.

New data revealed by TUI, shows that holidaymakers in Aberdeen are most likely to book a summer holiday to Tenerife, with more than 53 per cent opting for an all-inclusive basis.

According to their data the seven night holiday has proven popular amongst people in Aberdeen, booking four star hotels for two adults, with over 70 per cent of holidays booked without children.

The 1,500 hotels offered on sale heavily feature popular spots like Greece, the Canaries and the Balearics, and are operated from more than 20 regional airports across the UK.
