Frontier Airlines announces a major expansion of its winter services for both domestic and international destinations.
Focusing on the winter sun market these announcements will see 23 new destinations being served from airports across the USA.
The majority of these will be starting from 16th November 2023, with others following before the end of the year.
All of the routes will be served daily with some of them being 3 or 4 times per week.
“We’re thrilled to expand our nonstop offerings across our network,” said Daniel Shurz, senior vice president of commercial, Frontier Airlines.
“Along with more routes to Florida, new service to Mexico and the Dominican Republic is also on the horizon.”
“As we get closer to winter, now is the time to start planning those tropical getaways. Getting there is easier and more convenient than ever thanks to Frontier’s ‘Low Fares Done Right.’”
Introductory offers
Introductory fares of as low as 39 USD will help position Frontier to maximise the appeal of its winter expansion.
With the new routes including Cancun, Sarasota and Santo Domingo as well as others it’s variety Frontier’s hoping proves popular. Particularly as they are made up of both new and returning nonstop services.
Being in a position to offer an expansion of winter like this is likely result of the positive position Frontier reported in Q2.

Fleet to support expansion:
Frontier currently have 220 new Airbus aircraft on order to help with their plans for winter expansion. They are also one of the largest A320Neo fleet US carriers.
With high density seating configurations to help increase availability of seats for each sector, this will enable the carrier to further grow its route plans going into the future.
