Finnair: Leading for 14th Year

Finnair continues to soar at the forefront of Northern European airlines. The carrier has once again secured the coveted Best Airline in Northern Europe award. This becomes the 14th consecutive year of recognition at the annual Skytrax World Airline Awards.

The Skytrax World Airline Awards, often referred to as the “Oscars” of aviation, hold immense prestige within the industry.

The award is based on the world’s largest annual airline passenger satisfaction survey. It offers a comprehensive analysis of customer experience across all touchpoints.

Feedback is taken from the initial booking process and airport interactions to the comfort and service onboard.

“At Finnair, we are deeply honored to receive this recognition once again,” expressed Ole Orvér, Chief Commercial Officer at Finnair.

“This award serves as a powerful testament to the tireless efforts and dedication of our entire Finnair team.”

“We are singularly focused on delivering the smoothest possible travel experience for our customers. This commitment extends across all aspects of their journey.”

“We continuously invest in creating a seamless experience. From user-friendly digital channels and exceptional customer care to crafting a comfortable and stylish inflight experience that exceeds expectations.”

Further Recognition: Best Cabin Crew

The airline was also recognized for its exceptional cabin crew, receiving the Best Cabin Crew in Northern Europe award.

This recognition highlights the professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care that Finnair cabin crew consistently deliver.

Furthermore, Finnair secured the title of Cleanest Airline in Europe. This showcased its meticulous approach to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene on its aircraft.

Additionally, Finnair climbed the global rankings, landing an impressive 23rd place among the world’s best airlines.

Finnair’s focus on the customer experience is evident in its ongoing investments and improvements. The airline prioritizes operational reliability, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals to minimize travel disruptions.

It continuously enhances digital services, making the booking, check-in, and travel management process as effortless as possible.

Additionally, Finnair is dedicated to providing passengers with more choices, offering a wider range of destinations and flexible travel options.

Cabin Refurbishment Programs

This commitment to continuous improvement is exemplified by the recent completion of a €200 million long-haul cabin refurbishment program.

Finnair’s also plans to renew the cabins of its regional E190 aircraft in the coming months. This will then ensure a consistent level of comfort and style across their entire fleet.

Passengers can now enjoy a fully modernized travel experience on all long-haul flights. A brand-new, spacious Finnair Lounge has also opened in the Schengen area of Helsinki Airport. The new facility provides a comfortable and relaxing environment pre-flight.
