One of the world’s largest corporate jet manufacturers, Gulfstream opens its first-ever sales and design center on the West Coast in Beverly Hills, California.

Its latest design center comes after its presence on the East Coast in Manhattan and, of course, in Savannah, Georgia, Dallas, and Appleton in Wisconsin.

The Savannah-native business jet manufacturer is now making headway on the east coast.

The latest showroom is located in one of Los Angeles’s most famed neighborhoods, Beverly Hills.

The center is 12,000 square-foot/ or 1,115 square-meter which allows customers on the west coast to enjoy Gulfstream award-winning bespoke customer service.

This gives Gulfstream a strong footprint on the eastern coast of the country.

The showroom, or the ‘Beverly Hills Sales and Design Center’ features a full-scale cabin mockup of Gulfstream’s newest product lineup, including the Gulfstream G400, Gulfstream G700, and Gulfstream G800 living, and a living area section, areas, and displays of the iconic Gulfstream G500 and Gulfstream G600 product.

There will be seating mockups of the manufacturer’s 500 and 600 sets for customers to test firsthand.

This is to allow the customers to decide on the aesthetics before they receive their ordered aircraft.

Tailored Customer Service

The company is renowned for its high-end customer services and will work with its customer inside the Beverly Hills showroom to guide and tailor its initial product for its customers, including selecting multi-facets of finishes: veneers, floor coverings, leathers, textiles, and other interior outfitting materials available at the design center.

The manufacturer uses cutting-edge ‘dynamic technology’ such as Gulfstream’s digital cabin creator and exterior paint configurator gimmicks – which will help would-be-aircraft owners to visualize their aircraft with the full utilization of such technology offered by Gulfstream.

President of Gulfstream, Mark Burns, stated: “We are always looking for new opportunities to enhance the Gulfstream customer experience,”

Mr. Burns furthered: “Expanding our portfolio of sales and design centers to the U.S. West Coast is the next phase in our strategic expansion plan and provides further investment in our customers and the growing worldwide Gulfstream fleet.”

The manufacturer already has a large footprint on the western coast, especially in the Los Angeles region.

In the L. A country vicinity, the manufacturer’s Customer Support center at Van Nuy Airport has already been serving the area since 2019.

At this center, the company has been proudly serving the area since 2019 with maintenance, repair, and overhaul solutions for valued customers.

Why do we need such centers? This is a brilliant idea for Gulfstream and also other manufacturers to allow customers to have a taste of their product before deciding to make a big investment or purchase.

Gulfstream, being an American company, is marking its territory in all regions of the United States.

Beverly Hills is one of the most influential and wealthiest neighborhoods in the country, if not the world, so it makes sense for Gulfstream to establish its base there.
