Smart Service Elite introduced by Bombardier

Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier announced that it has expanded industry-defining cost-per-flight per hour offerings with the introduction of Smart Service Elite for its business customers.

Smart Services Elite is the only cost-per-flight-hour program that covers cabin system components, landing gear overhaul, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and Mobile Response Team (MRT) support.

Smart Services program 


The new program fits and complements Bomabardier’s existing Smart Service portfolio. This will provide business and aircraft customers with seamless and a hassle-free cost-per-flight hour program. 

This new cost structure per hour program is perfectly suited for aircraft owners. This will allow aircraft owners to budget in a predictable manner for the sourcing of aircraft parts and maintenance costs. 

The Smart Services Elite provides customers with the OEM advantage, meaning that parts provided to customers are genuine high-quality Bombardier parts. Customers can have peace of mind that they have access to parts worldwide, supported by Bombardier. 

As a matter of fact, more than 1,600 Bombardier jets are enrolled in Smart Service Programmes. The program itself rakes more than 10 million flying hours and more. This proves that the program is trusted by its customers.

Trackability


With the latest program introduced, the flight hour option could be easily tracked to their annual maintenance costs effectively and efficiently. 

This is crucial as the new offering includes maintenance cost coverage on major components such as aircraft systems and components – both for scheduled and unscheduled checks. 

Moreover, the program also covers landing gear overhaul, parts shipping, technical publications, technical support, a guaranteed flight-hour rate throughout the term, and importantly, Bombardier sends a Mobile Response Team (MRT) to cover all needs demanded by customers.

The Elite service options have been in the select maintenance option on the company’s previous cost-per-flight hour programme. This makes Bombardier’s program the most well-rounded and trusted maintenance cost coverage program compared to other manufacturers.
