Offshore Helicopter Services U.K. (OHS UK) has signed a new multi-year contract extension with Serica Energy.
The five-year deal will see Serica use Airbus H175 and Sikorsky S-92 aircraft to service its current North Sea operations, in particular the Bruce platform.
An Extended Partnership
The contract extension further forms the relationship between OHS UK and Serica Energy, extending their collaborative partnership beyond eight years.
The extension also highlights the confidence that Serica Energy places in OHS UK’s ability to provide outstanding operational and customer service in challenging market conditions.

Offshore Helicopter Services UK (OHS UK) is a helicopter operator providing transportation and search and rescue services to the UK’s energy industry.
The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland. OHS UK has a fleet of over 40 helicopters, including Sikorsky S-92s, AgustaWestland AW139s, and Airbus Helicopters H175s.

Medical evacuation: OHS UK can provide medical evacuation services for people who need to be transported to hospital from offshore platforms or other remote locations.
Oil spill response: The operator can deploy helicopters to support oil spill response operations.
In January 2023, OHS UK was acquired by Ultimate Aviation Group, a South African headquartered international aviation business.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen OHS UK’s position as a leading provider of helicopter services to the UK’s energy industry.
