Daher’s Aircraft Division recorded the delivery of a fleet of 74 aircraft from its TBM and Kodiak single-engine turboprop product lines in 2023.

In addition, the company has already secured orders for an additional 100 aircraft, set to be delivered throughout 2024 and into early 2025.

This ongoing performance has reflected the sustained demand for the manufacturers TBM and Kodiak aircraft.

Highlights of 2023 Deliveries

The lion’s share of last year’s deliveries comprised 56 of the sleek and high-speed TBM family airplanes, with the TBM 960 and TBM 910 versions leading the way.

Complementing this, 18 Kodiak 100s and Kodiak 900s found their way to private customers and operators during the 12-month period.

Addressing the remarkable figures, Nicolas Chabbert, the Senior Vice-President of Daher’s Aircraft Division, acknowledged the challenges faced by the industry, including employment and supply chain issues.

However, he highlighted the ongoing efforts to overcome these obstacles, emphasizing the positive impact of internal training initiatives and attracting new talent.

Chabbert also stressed the importance of timely deliveries in navigating the complexities of the current market.

Geographic Distribution of Deliveries

The TBM 960 version emerged as the star performer, with the North American market claiming the majority of deliveries.

Out of the 43 TBM aircraft delivered in the U.S., two found their way to Canada. Latin America also contributed to Daher’s success, with three TBMs reaching customers in Brazil, Mexico, and Bolivia.

Europe witnessed steady demand, resulting in seven deliveries, with Germany, France, and the U.K. each welcoming new aircraft.

Daher’s Reach in 2023

Daher’s global footprint expanded as it recorded a delivery to a new customer in Central Asia, signifying the growing international appeal of their aircraft.

This diversification aligns with Daher’s commitment to exploring opportunities in a robust market.

Kodiak’s Flight Path

In the realm of Kodiak deliveries, Daher offered two distinct versions in 2023: the Kodiak 100 Series III, and the Kodiak 900.

The Kodiak 100 is now equipped with a five-blade composite propeller as standard, enhancing both performance and noise reduction; and the larger, faster Kodiak 900 was introduced in 2022.

North Carolina Forest Service

Among the notable Kodiak customers in 2023, the North Carolina Forest Service’s Aviation Division stands out.

This collaboration reinforces the versatility of Daher’s aircraft, catering to private owners and multi-mission operators alike.

Daher’s Global Impact

As of December 31, 2023, Daher has delivered a total of 1,187 TBM and 339 Kodiak aircraft worldwide, accumulating an impressive three million flight hours.

This notable feat is bolstered by Daher’s commitment to customer support, now streamlined into a unified entity called TBM & Kodiak Care.
