A TUI flight operating from Palma De Mallorca to Hannover has declared an emergency whilst enroute.
TUIfly flight TUI59X declared an emergency with squawk code 7700 whilst inbound to Hannover.

Having declared a general emergency enroute, the flight is now initiating a diversion to Frankfurt.

TUIfly flight TUI59X, a Boeing 737-800 from Palma De Mallorca has now landed at the diversion airport Frankfurt (FRA).
The nature of this morning’s emergency is not yet known.
Flight data for this morning’s service shows flight TUI59X departed Palma De Mallorca at 10:10 local time. Scheduled departure time for the rotation to Hannover was listed as 09:40 local.
The flight had then set course normally, climbing to flight level FL360 (36,000 feet). The flightcrew declared an emergency as the aircraft approached an abeam position to Frankfurt.
The flight was descending through FL310 (31,000 feet) when it transmitted emergency code 7700 at 09:40 UTC.
The aircraft initiated a diversion into nearby Frankfurt am Main International Airport (FRA) shortly thereafter.
The aircraft operating this morning’s Hannover service is a Boeing 737-800, registered D-ABKM. This is a 13.7 year old narrowbody aircraft belonging to the regional carrier TUIfly.
The aircraft has seen service with the carrier since 2017. Authorities are still to advise the cause of this morning’s emergency.
