UPDATE #2 @ 1545 UK time – PR112 is descending through 4,000 feet, with an expedited landing expected due to this emergency broadcast.

UPDATE #3 @ 1546 UK time – PR112 from Manila is now on the base leg into Los Angeles. Landing expected imminently.

UPDATE #5 @ 1551 UK time – TOUCHDOWN! PR112 from Manila has appeared to have touched down safely into Los Angeles following it’s emergency call on the descent into it’s destination. Standby for updates.

UPDATE #6 @ 1552 UK time – As per data from Planespotters, RP-C7778, the aircraft involved in this emergency is a 7.2 year old Boeing 777-300ER, which was delivered to the airline back in October 2016.
