LONDON – A Norwegian Air Boeing 737 operating as Flight DY9066 from Oslo to Gran Canaria has declared a General Emergency, squawking 7700 over the North Sea.
The flight is now on a return course and appears to be making an unscheduled return to Norway. The aircraft in question is Boeing 737-800 registered LN-NHA, operating for Norwegian low-cost carrier Norwegian Air.

Flight DY9066 now appears to be making for Stavanger Airport, Sola.

Aircraft is now on descent through FL150 as it makes its approach to Stavanger. The cause of the unscheduled diversion is unclear at this time.
