UPDATE #1 @ 2256 UK time – easyJet flight U23212 from Fuerteventura is currently tracking southbound away from Edinburgh as they look for a diversion airfield following their fuel emergency not too long ago.

UPDATE #2 @ 2257 UK time – G-UZLP, the Airbus A320neo operating this flight, is a 0.4 year old airframe that was delivered to the UK carrier back in September 2023, as per data from Planespotters.net.

Of the A320neo variant, the UK subsidiary to the group has 38 units of the type, of which 37 are in active service and one is currently parked, offering an average fleet age of 4.4 years.

UPDATE #3 @ 2300 UK time – @RadarBoxCom data now showing that easyJet flight U23212 from Fuerteventura to Edinburgh will now be making an emergency diversion into Manchester Airport.

UPDATE #4 @ 2304 UK time – U23212 has commenced it’s descent into MAN, with Runway 23R expected for this approach.

UPDATE #5 @ 2313 UK time – U23212 is passing through FL100 as the aircraft gets closer to Manchester for it’s low fuel emergency landing.

UPDATE #6 @ 2315 UK time – U23212 passing through 6,000 feet as the crew near the base leg portion of the approach into MAN.

UPDATE #7 @ 2319 UK time – easyJet flight U23212 from Fuerteventura and originally bound for Edinburgh, is on final approach for Runway 23R at Manchester Airport following it’s emergency call not too long ago.

UPDATE #8 @ 2324 UK time – TOUCHDOWN! U23212 has appeared to have touched down safely on Runway 23R at MAN following it’s low fuel emergency broadcast following a missed approach at EDI.
