In the last few moments, a DHL freighter from Pisa to Leipzig has declared an emergency not long after takeoff.

QY7859 is being operated by EI-DGU, an Airbus A300-600F. The aircraft is 33 years old at the time of writing.
At this stage, it is unclear what the cause of the emergency is.

UPDATE #1 @ 2148 UK time – At the time of writing, the DHL Airbus A300-600F, originally bound for Leipzig from Pisa is at 7,000 feet nearing the Bergamo area.
UPDATE #2 @ 2149 UK time – The aircraft is now descending, with Milan Bergamo looking like the diversion airport for this emergency. Still unknown what the cause is.

UPDATE #3 @ 2151 UK time – QY7859 is nearing the base leg for Milan Bergamo. Standby for further.

UPDATE #4 @ 2153 UK time – DHL flight QY7859 is on finals into Milan Bergamo following its 7700 transmission a few moments ago.

UPDATE #5 @ 2155 UK time – The aircraft looks to have safely landed into Milan Bergamo, as per @RadarBoxCom – Unclear on what the cause of the emergency is still, although is serious for it to not continue on to Leipzig from its origin airport of Pisa.
UPDATE #6 @ 2157 UK time – So what do we know about EI-DGU?:
- Started out life with EgyptAir as SU-GAR in May 1990.
- Delivered to DHL back in August 2016, and is operated by ASL Airlines Ireland.
- Aircraft is 33.5 years old.
