The Saudi Airport Exhibition (SAE23) came to an end yesterday, closing off a big week for the aviation industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Exhibitors on stand were showcasing their products in the hope of future sales, especially in the context of the Vision 2030 investment strategy under the Public Investment Fund.

Key Stakeholders from SAE23 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia…
Abacus Lighting…
Abacus offers lighting solutions in industries including aviation. They have fitted lighting on the likes of Malta Airport, London Heathrow and other major commercial airfields around the world.
Saudi Ground Services Company…
Saudi Ground Services Company is another major stakeholder here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at SAE23.
With the Vision 2030 program advancing, particularly in the National Aviation Strategy, it comes as no surprise that they are here trying to acquire more business.
Oman Airports…
Oman Airports had a very big stand at SAE23, as they focus on enhancing their presence in the Kingdom, with many growth opportunities available.
For other companies based in the Middle East, other business will no doubt have been organised and finalised at SAE23.
Saudi Sicili…

Saudi Sicili is another big company, showcasing firefighting equipment, which will no doubt be in huge demand as more airports are built and the need for firefighting facilities are needed.
GANS…
Global Air Navigation Services (GANS) were also present at SAE23 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which again will come in useful for the continued infrastructure upgrades and expansions being made in the Kingdom.
Matarat Holding
Matarat Holding is another company to keep an eye on over the next few years, with their presence at SAE23 being massive in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As explained in a previous article, Matarat Holding has made major waves in the Kingdom, now operating 27 airports around the Kingdom.
Swissport…
Swissport is keen to make it’s mark in Saudi Arabia, and will no doubt be competing with Saudi Ground Services Company for as much market share in the region as possible.
Groupe ADP…
Finally, Groupe ADP has been another big highlight from SAE23 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the French company wanting to expand it’s presence further in the Kingdom.
The Paris CDG & Orly operator has been busy over the last two days meeting stakeholder in the Kingdom.
Overall…
Overall, it’s been a very big week here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with many exhibitors around to capture that vital market share position in the Kingdom.
It does look as if this exhibition will be one to look out for going into the years ahead, especially as more infrastructure projects are announced and require companies as tenders.
Be sure to keep an eye out in the years ahead, as the Kingdom continues it’s Vision 2030 strategy and invests hundreds of billions of dollars into making the country the place to be going into the future.
