 BOC Aviation, a leading global aircraft operating lessor, celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2023 with record-breaking operational performance across all key metrics.

The company capped off a banner year with exceptional results in the fourth quarter, cementing its position globally and setting the stage for continued growth and industry leadership.

Transactions: Secured 128 transactions in Q4 and a staggering 348 for the year, eclipsing all prior benchmarks.

Strategic Fleet Expansion: Committed to purchasing 95 new aircraft, bolstering the order book to 224 and laying the groundwork for future balance sheet growth.

Robust Deliveries: Took delivery of 65 aircraft (excluding customer acquisitions), marking the highest figure since 2017.

Financial Fortitude: Raised US$650 million in five-year bonds in Q4, bringing the total funding for the year to over US$4 billion.

Operational Excellence: Owned aircraft utilization climbed to 99%, reflecting robust demand and fleet efficiency.

Global Reach: Expanded its customer base to 91 airlines in 45 countries and regions across the owned and managed portfolios.
