Boeing’s only order for their fourth day at the Paris Air Show comes in as Danish aircraft leasing giant, Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) places an order for one 737-800 Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF), venturing further into the narrow body market.

This is NAC’s first order of the type with the U.S. manufacturer, and this particular aircraft is pinned for delivery in 2026.

NAC has mostly specialised in leasing regional aircraft, the likes of ATRs, Dash 8s, and the Embraer E1 Family.

However, more recently NAC has been slowly expanding into the narrow body market with the likes of the Airbus A320neo Family, and the 737 Family.

Over the last few airshows, the 737-800BCF program has accrued many orders, especially after the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic causing a boom in the demand for cargo.

Overall, this does look to be Boeing’s last order announcement of the Paris Air Show, as the trade days have now come to an end.

Further recaps on how each manufacturer has performed will be released over the coming days. Thank you for tuning in over the course of this week!
