In 2023, YVR facilitated travel for 24.9 million passengers. This period also saw the implementation of numerous operational improvements.

YVR prioritized collaboration with airlines and government entities to enhance travel efficiency and predictability.

Accessibility programs were a key focus, with initiatives like the new Curbside Greeting service and the addition of sign language displays at all departure gates catering to the diverse needs of travelers and staff alike.

Skytrax Awards

The Skytrax World Airport Awards hold immense weight in the aviation industry. The annual survey, the largest of its kind, gathers feedback from air travelers on their experiences across more than 550 airports worldwide.
