Bali, Indonesia is starting out 2024 with a bang as they are set to receive more flights and connections from foreign airlines over the course of this year.
The Tourism & Creative Economy Minister for Indonesia Sandiaga Uno was keen to note this to local media, as per Antara News.

More Foreign Flights & Connections Enroute for Bali, Indonesia…

It is understood that the following three foreign airlines will be providing the following connectivity and flights from Bali, Indonesia:
- Juneyao Air from Shanghai begins on January 20.
- Turkish Airlines is planning a frequency increase from Istanbul.
- Etihad Airways will service Bali in April 2024 from Abu Dhabi.
Uno said the following on this:
“We are making all-out efforts in 2024 for additional flights to Bali, especially before the Chinese New Year holiday”.
“Additional connectivity from this number of flights can reach the main quality tourism markets, namely Australia, America, Europe, and Asia,”
The airport handled 21.4m passengers last year, which is a staggering increase of 71% compared to 2022, when 12.5m were handled.
Number of movements also increased by 56% to 136,503 aircraft last year as well, with 18 domestic routes and 29 international routes serviced.
Looking ahead, all eyes will be on the airport in Bali, Indonesia in 2024, especially in the context of acquiring as many tourists as they can in the busier periods.
