Virgin Australia and Japan’s largest airline, All Nippon Airways (ANA), have announced a significantly expanded partnership. This collaboration promises increased levels of codeshare co-operation, a host of member loyalty benefits, and seamless travel across both carriers’ extensive networks.

Japan remains a popular travel destination with Australians, and the expanded pairing of the two airlines will come as a bonus to travellers.

The agreement expands travel opportunities with ANA-operated flights across a vast network of more than 130 destinations, spanning Japan, Asia, North America, and Europe.

The recent launch of Virgin Australia’s inaugural service between Cairns and Tokyo (Haneda) set the stage for this momentous partnership with ANA.
