If you’re in the mood for poultry, the herb-roasted chicken breast is also available. Seafood lovers can indulge too with roasted trout fillet, while vegetarians can delight in the carrot tartare with whipped ricotta or the spinach and ricotta tortellini.

Additionally, for a heartwarming treat for the Autumn season, Virgin is offering Upper class a spiced apple and parsnip soup.

And for those seeking a plant-based option, the Beyond Burger with pickled onions, vegan cheese, and vegan mayonnaise offers a flavorful alternative.

Extra bites menu

Virgin has also made some additions to its “extra bites menu.” This includes a traditional afternoon tea offering, including a traditional cream tea, accompanied by both a sultana scone and a white chocolate and orange scone, served with clotted cream, morello cherry jam, and lemon curd.

If individuals are craving something savory from the extra bites menu, Virgin is also offering flyers a bao bun with cashew satay chicken or a spiced lamb flatbread to help satisfy those high-altitude cravings.

Upper-class customers also now have the opportunity to customize their breakfast experience with the new “A La Carte breakfast menu”.

Passengers can choose from a selection of yogurt, fresh fruit, warm pastries, and a range of cereals. For those who prefer a quick bite before touching down, the Express Breakfast is served 40 minutes prior to arrival, offering a choice between a bacon roll or a sweet pastry.

Drinks and refreshments

To complement your dining experience, Virgin Atlantic has introduced a new range of wellbeing drinks. Passengers will now get the opportunity to sip on Real sparkling tea, Perfect Ted matcha, or Lo Bros kombucha, all designed to enhance passengers’ journey and keep them refreshed throughout.
