Virgin Atlantic has today revealed plans for a boost in services to the U.S for Summer 2024, with New York & Boston being the focus of this.

Virgin Atlantic will be adding extra frequencies on it’s New York JFK and Boston services in the Summer 2024 season.

A seventh daily flight will be added to JFK, which means that together with their joint venture partner Delta, up to 11 flights to the Big Apple will be on offer per day.

Boston will also benefit from a second daily flight, which under the joint venture brings it to three-daily.

Juha Jarvinen, Virgin Atlantic‘s Chief Commercial Officer had this to say on the frequency upgrades:

“We’re excited to announce additional flying to our heartland in the USA for summer 2024.

“By utilising our brand new A350 and A339 aircraft, our passengers can travel in style with Virgin Atlantic, as we commit to operating the routes that our customers love to fly.

“With Boston and New York, JFK being key business and leisure travel routes, customers can rely on Virgin Atlantic to connect them to these popular destinations as we offer more opportunities to travel with our expanded offering.”

All eyes will be on how these upgraded frequencies will perform in the Summer 2024 season.
