Vietnam Airlines is notably also the only Vietnamese airline to be named in this ranking. The national airline now enters the New Year positively with a well earned award under its belt after a very commendable performance in 2023.

Standing tall amidst notable industry peers like Singapore Airlines, All Nippon Airways, and Japan Airlines, Vietnam Airlines stands out as the sole Vietnamese airline to earn this accolade.

In 2023 alone, Vietnam Airlines orchestrated a remarkable 150,674 flights, boasting an impressive on-time arrival rate of 77.46%.
Surpassing the regional average of 73.51%, Vietnam Airlines sets a new standard for punctuality and reliability in air travel.
The airline’s dedication to ensuring that passengers reach their destinations promptly, with flights arriving at the gate within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, speaks volumes about its efforts toward customer service.
