TUI Airways Acquire Leased B737 MAX 8 Aircraft

Deucalion Aviation has announced a new collaboration with BOT Lease Co., Ltd (BOTL) of Japan.

This new partnership focuses on sourcing high-quality aircraft investments for BOTL. The pairing will see Deucalion leveraging its expertise in origination and ongoing aircraft management services.

The first transaction under this agreement involves the acquisition of a single Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft (msn 44605) manufactured in 2021. This aircraft is currently leased to TUI Airways.

Aircraft Acquisition Partnership

Deucalion Co-CEO Stephan Sayre expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration. “We’re thrilled to announce this transaction, marking the beginning of a promising partnership with BOTL.”
