Trazee Awards 2023: Air Canada named North America’s favorite airline

Air Canada has once again secured its position as North America’s favorite airline for the fifth consecutive year, as recognized by the prestigious Trazee Awards in 2023.

This accomplishment adds to a list of accolades already garnered by the Canadian flag carrier so for this year.

Air Canada Recognition

Mark Nasr, the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Digital, and President of Aeroplan at Air Canada, spoke on behalf of the airline, noting the importance of air travel:

“Travel is more than just a journey; it’s a means of connecting people and fostering a sense of togetherness. At Air Canada, we are absolutely thrilled to be acknowledged by this discerning demographic as their preferred airline in North America.”

“This recognition fuels our commitment to introduce more enhancements across various aspects of the travel journey, from lounges and onboard entertainment to digital innovations, offering increased comfort and convenience,” he concluded.


A List of 2023 Accolades

Air Canada is Canada’s largest airline, the country’s flag carrier and a founding member of Star Alliance, the world’s most comprehensive air transportation network.

The carrier provides scheduled service directly to more than 180 airports in Canada, the United States and Internationally on six continents. It holds a Four-Star ranking from Skytrax.

Trazee targets the sought-after under-40 traveler. A network of journalists updates travelers daily with content on subjects of unique interest to this demographic, covering a wide range of topics. conducted a survey of its readers with open-ended questions for the best in many categories important to the millennial travel market (under 40 years of age).

Only those questionnaires with more than 50 percent of the questions completed were counted. Those with less than 50 percent answered were discarded.
