This landmark collaboration marks TravelBank’s first SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) deal with Lufthansa Group in the United States, solidifying their shared commitment to environmental responsibility.

Beyond its commercial air travel commitments, the Group is aiming to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
This ambitious goal is driven by a two-pronged approach: reducing net CO₂ emissions by half compared to 2019 levels by 2030 through operational improvements and offset measures, and actively promoting the adoption of SAF, a cleaner alternative fuel.
