The eight new routes that will benefit the Tenerife area for the Summer 2024 program are as follows with Ryanair:

  • Budapest
  • Cardiff
  • Dusseldorf Weeze
  • Knock
  • Marrakesh
  • Memmingen
  • Pisa
  • Toulouse

These eight new routes means that between Tenerife North & South, there will be a total of 53 routes on offer from Ryanair, with traffic in the South expected to grow to 1.9m passengers, an 18% increase.

Elena Cabrera, the airline’s Country Manager for Spain said the following on this:

“As Tenerife’s number 1 airline, Ryanair is pleased to announce its summer 2024 schedule for Tenerife, with 8 new routes to Budapest, Cardiff, Marrakech, Memmingen, Knock, Weeze, Pisa and Toulouse, offering Tenerife citizens/visitors even more options for weekend city breaks and summer holidays at the lowest rates in Europe.”

“Our $400 million investment in [the destination] and our 18% traffic growth demonstrate Ryanair’s commitment to Tenerife’s tourism growth and connectivity.”

Looking ahead, all eyes will be on how the area will perform in the Summer 2024 season, as it is a popular destination for holidaymakers due to it’s close proximity to the whole of Europe.
