From Orlando, Southwest Airlines plans to launch services to the following destinations from June 4 next year, pending approval:

  • Cancun
  • Grand Cayman
  • Nassau
  • Providenciales
  • Punta Cana
  • San Jose

It is understood that these services would complement existing routes from Orlando to the likes of Aruba and Montego Bay.

On the other side of the country, on the same date, Southwest Airlines aims to launch the following services from Burbank:

  • Boise, Idaho
  • Kansas City, Mo.
  • New Orleans
  • San Antonio
  • St. Louis

From Colorado Springs, the airline is looking at offering a daily non-stop service to Baltimore/Washington from the same date too, so June 4 is looking quite busy for the airline next year.

Finally, on the Dallas & Nashville front, Southwest Airlines will be launching the following services, being a Saturday-only service:

  • Dallas (Love Field) and Buffalo/Niagara, N.Y.
  • Dallas (Love Field) and Fresno, Calif.
  • Dallas (Love Field) and Providence, R.I.
  • Dallas (Love Field) and Spokane, Wash.
  • Nashville-Bozeman – Sunday service.
  • Nashville-Grand Rapids – Saturday & Sunday service.
