Over the last 25 years, Ryanair has transported over 1.2m passengers out of Rimini. Celebrating this was Mauro Bolla, Ryanair’s Country Manager for Italy, who discussed the Cagliari route:

“As we celebrate our 25th anniversary in Rimini, Ryanair remains committed to bringing further growth to the region, and we are delighted to announce our first winter operation to Rimini, with 4 weekly flights to Cagliari.”

“To celebrate our new winter operation, we have launched a special promotion, for trips between November ’23 and March ’24, available only on Ryanair.com”.

Adding to this was Leonardo Corbucci, the CEO of Airminum 2014 S.p.A, the management company of the international airport of Rimini and San Marino:

“Airiminum is pleased to confirm with great satisfaction the traffic results achieved so far by Ryanair during 2023, which represent the record number of passengers transported since the start of the Carrier’s operations at Fellini airport 25 years ago.”

Corbucci added that “the volumes obtained are the result of a profitable mutual collaboration destined to grow further in the future also thanks to Ryanair’s operations which will continue for the first time in the Winter 2023/2024 season.“

Overall, this is strong news for the local community, and it’s clear there is a lot of demand for this route into Cagliari, Rimini.
