Qatar Airways Inaugurates Doha-AlUla Flights

Last week, Qatar Airways inaugurated it’s first set of flights between Doha and AlUla in Saudi Arabia.

This was celebrated via a VIP ceremony in the airline’s new destination, to celebrate further connectivity between the two regions.

These new flights between Doha and AlUla with Qatar Airways is serviced on a twice-weekly basis utilising the following schedule:

  • Sunday (local time)
    • Doha (DOH) to AlUla (ULH) – QR1202 Departure 07:35, Arrival 10:15
    • AlUla (ULH) to Doha (DOH) – QR1203 Departure 11:45, Arrival 13:55
  • Friday (local time)
    • Doha (DOH) to AlUla (ULH) – QR1202 Departure 07:30, Arrival 10:10
    • AlUla (ULH) to Doha (DOH) – QR1203 Departure 12:15, Arrival 14:25

Commenting on the route inaugural was Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer:

All eyes will be on how much further the airline aims to take services into Saudi Arabia, with them already servicing the country 125 times per week across 10 different destinations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
