Strong Travel Demand Leading into the Winter: Positive Signs Ahead…

Good signs are being shown for travel as a whole across Europe: So much so, that they are extending into the Winter season, which is typically a quieter period.

One example of this is UK leisure carrier Jet2 adding extra flights to Crete & Rhodes in November 2024, which does highlight how far back bookings are going currently.

This will no doubt stand to benefit carriers like Eurowings, who are placing more emphasis on airports across Germany such as Nuremberg and Hannover.

All eyes will be on them going forward to see how the Winter season goes for them.
