Lynx Air has today launched its brand new route between Toronto and Tampa using it’s fleet of Boeing 737 Family aircraft.
The carrier has been on a string of route launches in recent weeks, with the most recent example being between Calgary-Orlando, with Vancouver on the way also.

Lynx Air Launches Toronto-Tampa Bay Services…

Commenting on the new route launch between Toronto and Tampa Bay was Jim Sullivan, the CEO of Lynx Air:
“As we head into the winter season, adding Tampa Bay offers Canadian travellers the chance to escape the cold and enjoy a vacation hotspot known for its beaches, culture, and year-round attractions”.
“We are thrilled to offer an ultra-affordable option to travel conveniently between Toronto and Tampa Bay.”

Adding to his words was Khalil Lamrabet, the Chief Commercial Officer of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority:
“This winter, Tampa will be Toronto Pearson’s tenth largest transborder route by seat capacity”.
“More than 9,000 people looking to travel to Tampa flew indirectly last winter, so this service will help meet the very healthy demand that exists for the sunshine state.”
Looking ahead, all eyes will be on Lynx Air to see how this new route performs, as well as how the rest of their inaugural flights will perform.
