The news of McArthur’s resignation was met with gratitude and appreciation from Lynx Air’s board of directors. Bill Franke, Chairman of the Board, recognized McArthur’s contributions to the airline saying:

“I want to thank Merren for her significant contributions to Lynx Air over the past two years. Merren has overseen the strategy, launch and rapid growth of Lynx Air during one of the most challenging periods in aviation history.”

With McArthur’s departure, the airline is now focused on finding a suitable candidate to fill the role of CEO.
