Soaring high above Europe, a powerful message takes to the skies. This week, the Lufthansa Group launches a unique initiative featuring four Airbus A320 aircraft.

The Group aircraft will be emblazoned with the bold statement “Yes to Europe.” These flying ambassadors will crisscross the continent in the lead-up to the European elections, promoting unity and collaboration.

A Striking Visual for a United Europe

Passengers across Europe will witness this eye-catching message displayed prominently on the aircraft fuselages, framed by the iconic European star wreath.

The first two A320s will take off this week, followed by two more next week, ensuring maximum visibility for the campaign.

Taking a Stand for Democracy

This initiative, titled “Taking a stand – strengthening democracy,” reflects the Lufthansa Group’s unwavering commitment to the European project.

It’s a high-impact visual display of unity by four of Europe’s leading airlines.

Lufthansa and Eurowings, whose name itself embodies the spirit of Europe, will be the first to showcase the “Yes to Europe” message.

Their specially-branded A320s will take to the skies this week, followed by Austrian Airlines and Brussels Airlines next week. All four aircraft will come together for a symbolic meeting at Brussels Airport on May 13th, 2024.

A Tradition of European Support

This isn’t the Lufthansa Group’s first foray into promoting European unity. In fact, they implemented a similar campaign featuring a single branded aircraft in the lead-up to the 2019 European elections.

This year’s expanded initiative demonstrates their continued dedication to a strong and united Europe.
