Lufthansa will continue the use of its Boeing 747-400 aircraft on the Palma di Mallorca route going into June 2023.
Based on data from AeroRoutes.com, the aircraft type will operate on certain dates throughout that month.

Several Dates in June For Lufthansa 747 Ops in Palma di Mallorca…
The data shows that Lufthansa will operate the Boeing 747-400 to Palma di Mallorca on June 3, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, and 17, offering flight numbers LH1530/1531 and LH1158/1159.
LH1530 will depart Frankfurt at 0905 local and arrive in Palma at 1110 local. The return, LH1531, will depart at 1240 local and arrive back in Frankfurt at 1500.
As for LH1158, this flight will depart Frankfurt at 1305 local and arrive in Palma di Mallorca at 1515 local.
The return, LH1159, will depart Palma di Mallorca at 1645 local and arrive back in Frankfurt at 1905.
Huge Demand for the Carrier on this Route…
It remains clear that there is substantial demand for this route for Lufthansa, and adding more 747 flights is a testament to that.
Looking ahead, it will be interesting to see whether any more of these flights will be added in for July & August, especially if demand is expected to skyrocket during the Summer 2023 season.
But for now, all eyes are on this particular route as utilizing a long-haul aircraft like the 747 on a short-haul route is quite the sight.
