  • A full inflation compensation premium of 3,000 euros net (pro rata for part-time employees), to be implemented at the earliest opportunity.
  • Table increases, with an 8 percent raise effective from May 2024, followed by an additional 5 percent increase in March 2025, and a final 3.5 percent raise in March 2026.
  • Increases in purser allowances, with Purser I raised to 700 euros and Purser II to 800 euros.
  • Enhancement of holiday pay supplement to 1,250 euros.
  • Boost in foreign language allowance to 65 euros.
  • A contractual term of at least 36 months, providing stability and assurance for cabin crew members.
