LEVEL, Barcelona’s long-haul airline, has announced that it will fly the Barcelona – Miami route from March 31, when the airlines’ summer season begins.

To cope with the increase in operations expected from next summer, LEVEL will add a sixth aircraft to its fleet, specifically an Airbus A330-200, the same model as the other aircraft in the LEVEL fleet.

Barcelona – Miami: A New Transatlantic Connection

Bolstering its international presence, LEVEL, the Spanish low-cost long-haul airline, has just announced an addition to its flight network.

Come March 31, as the airline’s summer season kicks off, passengers will have the opportunity to embark on an exciting journey from the heart of Catalonia to the vibrant city of Miami.

To accommodate the anticipated surge in operations for the summer, LEVEL is set to welcome a brand-new Airbus A330-200 to its fleet.

The Barcelona – Miami route will see the carrier offering three weekly flights every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

With this new expansion, Miami will join an exclusive club, becoming the fifth U.S. city directly linked to LEVEL, alongside New York, Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Miami’s Allure

LEVEL’s commitment to Miami extends beyond its allure as a tourist destination. While Miami’s pristine beaches and tourist attractions have undoubtedly captured the hearts of many, its recent surge in business and cultural prominence has not gone unnoticed.

Much like Barcelona, Miami boasts thriving financial districts, bustling commercial centers, and a thriving entertainment industry, making it an ideal city for fostering robust business and cultural connections with Barcelona.

Addition of Sixth Aircraft

The addition of the sixth aircraft to LEVEL’s fleet will see the further development of the carrier’s Barcelona intercontinental hub.

This hub, which has grown steadily since its establishment in 2017, plays a pivotal role in enhancing connectivity for travelers.

Moreover, with the new Miami route, it will further solidify LEVEL’s presence in the long-haul market, particularly in the United States – a strategic region for the airline.

Six years ago, in 2017, LEVEL chose Barcelona as its operational base, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey.

Since then, LEVEL has consistently demonstrated its dedication to bolstering Barcelona’s long-range connectivity, embarking on a path of substantial and sustained growth.

The airline’s vision is clear – to expand Barcelona’s connectivity by introducing new and significant destinations that benefit the city from diverse perspectives.

LEVEL CCO Comments

Lucía Adrover, the Chief Commercial Officer of LEVEL, shared her thoughts on the new route announcement, stating, “Today marks a momentous occasion for our company.”

“The addition of the sixth aircraft and the unveiling of the new Barcelona – Miami route signify LEVEL’s steadfast commitment to bridging Barcelona with distant American destinations.”

“We are diversifying our offerings to provide our clients with a more expansive and robust travel experience.”

Miami, often dubbed the “Magic City,” is a dynamic metropolis that blends stunning white sand beaches, crystalline waters, a thriving artistic and cultural scene, and an electrifying nightlife.

Travelers can unwind on the iconic shores of South Beach, explore the vibrant streets of Little Havana, embark on thrilling adventures in the lush Everglades National Park, or savor eclectic cuisine influenced by a myriad of cultures.
