JetBlue has this week received their 30th Airbus A321neo aircraft, with the delivery coming from the Mobile plant and delivered to Melbourne, Florida.
The carrier continues to grow it’s fleet of this aircraft type, and is being offered as a mixture of domestic and international flight operations.

JetBlue Receives 30th Airbus A321neo Aircraft…

JetBlue flight B68691 departed Mobile, Alabama at 1426 local time on November 20 and proceeded eastbound towards Melbourne, Florida.
N4077J, the 30th Airbus A321neo for the carrier, landed into the airport at 1630 local time.
At the time of writing (22/11/23), the aircraft has been on the ground since, with no indication into when the aircraft will operate it’s first commercial service.
N4077J’s first test flight was on November 1, with testing and approval only taking around 15-18 days before the delivery flight on November 20.
A few of the A321neos on order have been through placements by lessors, with around five of the 30 on lease, as per data from Planespotters.net.
The rest appear to be direct purchases made over the last eight to ten years by the carrier, which has provided steady flow for the Mobile plant in Alabama.
Looking ahead, it will be interesting to see how many more of the Airbus A321neo aircraft JetBlue will receive in the years to come.
With A220s on order and being delivered also, there is definitely the eclectic mix for the U.S based carrier, with all eyes on how many more will be delivered in Melbourne, Florida too.
