The new flights into Dublin from New York & Boston with JetBlue represents an expansion in their transatlantic profile.

Utilising their Airbus A321neoLR aircraft, they have spent the last few years slowly but steadily entering this market.

Many ideas for destinations have been on the horizon for the airline.

As well as the A321neoLR aircraft, JetBlue will also receive the XLR variant, which will enable access to new markets as well.

Back at the Paris Air Show in 2019, they converted 13 of their standard neo orders into the XLR.

With the XLR expected to receive commercial certification by the end of the year, all eyes will be on when JetBlue will receive theirs.

In conclusion, the new flights to Dublin from New York & Boston with JetBlue represent strong expansion.

Looking ahead, all eyes will be on how the new service is received over the upcoming busy Summer season.

If the performance is strong, then there could be scope to expand this to year-round.

But for now, let’s see how the first few weeks goes for the airline from the Emerald Isle.
