For the seventh consecutive year, Japan Airlines (JAL), a member of the oneworld® alliance, has secured the prestigious title of “5-Star Airline” by Skytrax, a leading international air transport rating organization.

This distinction recognizes JAL’s unwavering commitment to exceptional service and innovative offerings across all aspects of the travel journey.

Skytrax meticulously evaluates airlines based on their websites, airport services, and inflight experiences.

This coveted 5-Star rating is currently held by only 10 airlines globally, solidifying JAL’s position among the industry’s elite.

Recognition for Consistent Excellence

Edward Plaisted of Skytrax offered comment on the occasion. “This accolade is a testament to the exceptional quality of products and services JAL provides to its customers,”

He further emphasized the importance of consistency in maintaining a 5-Star rating. JAL excels in delivering exceptional experiences across all cabin classes, ensuring every passenger feels valued.

With exciting innovations planned for 2024, Skytrax anticipates JAL’s continued ascent to even greater heights.
