Emirates have said that First & Business Class passengers can now avail themselves of the complimentary Chauffeur Pick-Up service in Jakarta.

It is understood that the Mercedes E-Class will be utilised for this service, with the Mercedes V class to be used for group bookings.

In a statement, the airline said the following on this:

“Emirates has introduced its renowned world-class Chauffeur Drive Service (CDS) in Jakarta, Indonesia, catering to the needs of the airline’s First and Business Class customers.”

“This exclusive service promises a seamless, top-tier door-to-door experience to and from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), ensuring comfort, privacy, and flexibility.”

“Upon arrival at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, CDS Staff will have greeters stationed at Gate 1 to facilitate passengers’ movement to Zone 2 for pick-up.”

“Similarly, for departures, passengers will be dropped at Gate 2, allowing them to conveniently proceed to the Emirates check-in counters at C Island.”

All eyes will be on how welcomed this service will be by customers flying in and out of Jakarta, as well as whether there is additional scope to expand this across the continent. More to follow on this, no doubt.
