After closely monitoring the on-going situation over in Israel, ITA Airways has made the decision that they will be resuming services between its home base hub, Rome Fiumicino (FCO) and Tel Aviv (TLV) from March 1, 2024.

Initially the service will be operated three times per week, gradually increasing throughout the duration of the 2024 summer season. The ability to resume this service comes following the cooperation with both Italian and Israeli authorities authorising the resumption of the much-needed route.

The flight operation during March will be as follows –

  • The outbound service will depart Rome Fiumicino (FCO) at 10:00 a.m. local time and arrive in Tel Aviv (TLV) at 2:20 p.m. local time. Operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
  • The return service will depart Tel Aviv (TLV) at 3:20 p.m. local time and arrive back in Rome Fiumicino (FCO) at 6:05 p.m. local time. Operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Following the above, ITA’s Tel Aviv flight times will change from March 31 onwards, and are as follows –

  • The outbound service will depart Rome Fiumicino (FCO) at 9:10 a.m. local time and arrive in Tel Aviv (TLV) at 1:30 p.m. local time. Operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
  • The return service will depart Tel Aviv (TLV) at 2:30 p.m. local time and arrive back in Rome Fiumicino (FCO) at 5:15 p.m. local time. Operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
