The KelpHR PoSH Awards distinguish and honor organizations for their exemplary efforts in creating transformational and inclusive workplaces, particularly in preventing sexual harassment.

The evaluation process for the 2023 edition involved a discerning jury comprising industry leaders, intellectuals, and subject matter experts, underscoring the significance of the accolade.
