The beating heart of Scotland is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with the largest number of listed buildings in the UK and is regarded as one of Europe’s most attractive cities.

Many people come to the city for the stunning architecture, exciting nightlife, and culinary experience.

Edinburgh’s few attractions include the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland, Calton Hill, and the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art.

Over the years, Scotland has become a popular destination for Indian students, professionals, and families. Many Indians have also chosen to move to Scotland for various reasons, such as education, employment opportunities, and a better quality of life.

Indian students often pursue higher education in Scotland’s universities, which are known for their academic excellence and research opportunities.

Indian professionals also find employment opportunities in various sectors, including information technology, engineering, finance, and healthcare.

The presence of multinational companies and the growing Indian community contribute to the attraction of Indian expatriates to Scotland.

Additionally, Scotland’s welcoming and inclusive environment, cultural diversity, and picturesque landscapes are factors that appeal to Indian expatriates.

They often form close-knit communities, participate in cultural events, and celebrate Indian festivals, maintaining a connection to their roots while embracing their new home.

Enhancing Istanbul tourism

The IndiGo codeshare connection will also enhance the tourist footprint in Istanbul, offering easy access to attractions.

Visitors typically enjoy attractings including Hagia Sophia Mosque, Dolmabahce Palace, Bosphorus Strait, Istanbul Sea Life Aquarium, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar, Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum and Istanbul Cevahir Mall.

These flights will not only promote international tourism, trade, and commerce, but also make travel affordable to these destinations through direct connections and additional capacity.
