Hi Air to Operate Kitakyushu Charters

This week it has been revealed that South Korean carrier, Hi Air, is set to operate Kitakyushu charters from the end of May 2023.

This article will cover the details surrounding Hi Air’s Kitakyushu charters and the timings of those particular services.

Hi Air to Operate Muan – Kitakyushu Charters

As per data from AeroRoutes, South Korean carrier, Hi Air, is set to operate Muan, on the south coast of Korea to Kitakyushu on the western coast of Japan, charter services.

These new charters for Hi Air were inaugurated on May 24, 2023, and will run for three months up until August 31, 2023. They will be operated five times per week using the carriers’ ATR 72-500 fleet.

The outbound service, flight 4H 2301 will depart Muan International Airport (MWX) at 11:30 a.m. and arrive at Kitakyushu Airport (KKJ) at 13:10 p.m. All times stated are local.

The return service, flight 4H 2302 will depart Kitakyushu Airport (KKJ) at 14:00 p.m. after a 50-minute turnaround and arrive back at Muan International Airport (MWX) at 15:40 p.m. All times stated are local.

Hi Air currently operates a small fleet of just four ATR 72-500s, all of which have an all-Economy class seating configuration of 50 seats.

Each aircraft is painted in a different colour, HL5243 is sporting their Blue livery, HL5244 is sporting their Pink livery, HL5245 is sporting their Green livery, and HL5246 is sporting their Yellow livery. HL5246 is the newest in their fleet having only been delivered in early March 2023.

The carrier was founded back in late-2017 but only began full operations in 2019 after taking delivery of its first two ATR 72-500s, HL5243 and HL5244.
