Griffin Global announces purchase and lease of two A350-900 aircraft to ITA Airways

LONDON – Aircraft leasing company Griffin Global Asset Management has formally announced the purchase and lease of two Airbus A350-900 aircraft to the Italian flag carrier ITA Airways. Both aircraft were delivered in December of 2022. 

The Airbus A350 serves as the carrier’s flagship for its long haul flight operations, and becomes a part of the steadily developing environmentally friendly fleet.

“We are delighted to welcome ITA to Griffin’s growing list of customers and to play a part in their fleet renewal programme.” 

“As ITA continues to strengthen and expand the A350-900 will serve as the flagship of their long-haul fleet, providing optimal passenger and cargo payload capability to the Americas and the Far East, with excellent environmental emissions characteristics and low noise credentials.”
