Major Saudi low-cost carrier flynas, has announced the introduction of direct flights between Riyadh and Bahrain.

This latest network addition is set to commence on November 15, and furthers the airline’s strategy to boost tourism in the Middle East.

A Gateway to Bahrain

flynas, which has proactively worked to develop its regional and international route networks, will now see the launch of direct flights between Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain, the beautiful island nation in the Persian Gulf.

With a strong offering of seven flights per week, this new route is poised to become a vital link between the two countries.

Bahrain Joins the Network

The inclusion of Bahrain in flynas’ ever-growing list of regional destinations is a testament to the airline’s commitment to providing accessible travel options.

Now, travelers can easily move between King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and Bahrain International Airport.

This addition of the Bahraini capital to flynas’ network aligns with the airline’s broader growth and expansion strategy, introduced last year under the slogan “We Connect the World to the Kingdom.”

This milestone is not just a result of flynas’ ambition but also a product of collaborative efforts. Bahrain Tourism and Exhibition Authority has joined hands with flynas to make this initiative a reality.

It’s a fine example of how government authorities and private enterprises can work together to strengthen the tourism industry.

A Regional Tourism Destination

The recent Memorandum of Understanding signed between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain signifies a united approach to promote both kingdoms as a single tourist destination.

By joining forces, these nations aim to boost the tourism industry and encourage more travelers to explore the rich culture and attractions they have to offer. This collaborative effort is expected to open up new horizons for both countries.
