On-time performance for June
Maintaining a strong on-time performance record, Flair Airlines recorded that 77.4% of its flights arrived within 15 minutes of their scheduled arrival time, ensuring that passengers reached their destinations punctually.
In addition to its sound completion factor and on-time performance for the month, Flair also boasted a robust load factor of 89% in June, with a total of 436,112 passengers flown.
This high load factor highlights the continued strong demand for summer travel and reaffirms Flair Airlines’ position in the low-cost market sector for cost-conscious travelers in Canada.
Stephen Jones, the CEO of Flair Airlines, expressed his satisfaction with the company’s overall performance in June and emphasized the significance of the exceptional completion factor.
He stated, “Flair continues to deliver for Canadians. We’re very happy with our overall performance in June, and a completion factor that is industry-leading. “
“Our priority remains to deliver a positive and safe experience for all of our passengers, and we’re committed to getting Canadians where they want to be, on time.”
Jones further highlighted the benefits of maintaining an outstanding on-time performance. By maximizing aircraft utilization and minimizing cancellations, Flair can lower costs and enhance the travel experience for passengers while also reducing the burden on the Customer Service team.
Great on-time performance results in improved crew scheduling and operational efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the airline.
As part of its commitment to transparency, Flair Airlines releases monthly operational metrics through its communication channels by mid-month of the following month.
This practice allows stakeholders and customers to stay informed about the airline’s performance and highlights its dedication to accountability and openness.
