About MYAKU-MYAKU

This enigmatic creature, the official mascot of EXPO 2025, embodies the fusion of cells and water. Its vibrant red section represents dividing and multiplying cells, while the blue symbolizes clean water, ever-flowing and adaptable.

MYAKU-MYAKU serves as a symbol of the Expo’s potential and the spirit of innovation.

The Osaka Expo 1970, Japan’s, and Asia’s, first ever, became a symbol of Japan’s rapid economic growth and one of the country’s most lauded events.

Twenty years after the Aichi Expo 2005, Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai will bring the international community back to Japan.
