Emirates Reveals First Destinations For New A350 Fleet

Emirates has unveiled the first destinations for its brand-new Airbus A350 aircraft, which begin arriving in September 2024.

Ten A350s are slated to join the Emirates fleet by March 2025, and will operate on various short and medium-haul routes.

Induction of A350 Fleet Commences September

This initial induction of A350s marks a significant milestone for Emirates, signifying a strategic investment in its future.

The airline has a staggering 65 A350-900s on order, directly aligning with Dubai’s ambitious D33 economic agenda.

This forward-thinking plan, spearheaded by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aims to connect Dubai to an additional 400 cities over the next decade, solidifying the emirate’s position as a global trade and travel hub.

3 Cabin Configuration

The first 10 A350s joining the Emirates fleet boast a meticulously designed three-cabin configuration.

Passengers seeking an unparalleled level of comfort can unwind in the 32 next-generation Business Class seats, designed to offer exceptional privacy and personalized service.

For those who appreciate the perfect balance between comfort and value, the 21-seat Premium Economy cabin promises a delightful flying experience. Finally, the spacious 259 Economy Class seats ensure a relaxing journey for all.

Initial A350 Deployment

Initially, these state-of-the-art A350s will focus on serving regional destinations within the Middle East, GCC, West Asia, and Europe.

Middle East

Bahrain will have the privilege of being the first to experience the A350’s revolutionary design, with daily service EK839/EK840 commencing on September 15th.

The frequency of this service will progressively increase, offering passengers even greater flexibility. Passengers traveling to Kuwait and Muscat can also expect to experience the A350’s advancements. Services will start September 16th and December 1st, respectively.

Western Asia

Beyond the Middle East, the A350 will take flight on routes connecting Dubai to key destinations in West Asia.

Passengers flying to Mumbai and Ahmedabad will see the A350 starting October 27th.

Emirates will be adding a fourth daily service (EK654/EK655) to Colombo, operated by the A350 starting January 1st, 2025. The carrier commences services on January 1st, 2025.

Europe

Europe will also witness the arrival of the new Emirates A350. Daily flights to Lyon and Bologna will take off on December 1st.

Passengers traveling to Edinburgh can expect to reunite with this beloved destination on the Emirates network starting November 4th. The airline will announce further details regarding this new route soon.

As with every Emirates offering, the A350’s cabin experience is designed to prioritize passenger comfort and well-being.
