On Valentines Day, guests of Emirates aboard their aircraft will receive an exclusive range of love-themes decadent desserts in the lounges, exquisite rosé champagne and a wide range of romantic movies on Emirates’ ICE in-flight entertainment systems.

Love is on top

Announced on February 6, 2023, UAE carrier Emirates came with the announcement as mentioned, which features exclusive service on Valentines Day this year.

Special Valentines Day treats is to be found in the lounges, and onboard they will gain access to exquisite champagne and gift-giving offers, along with an array of romantic music and movies.

On Emirates’ ICE entertainment systems, passengers and users can immerse themselves completely in feel-good romantic movies, like newer ones from the 2020s, along with older all-time classics.

Back to the Land Down Under

With Emirates celebrating the most romantic day of the year with good spirits, the good news continue as Emirates have announced returns and expansions to more countries and continents already this year, with the most notable one being Australia.

First in mid-January, Emirates announced their increase of flights to the city of Brisbane, starting in the very beginning of summer.

With the service due to start on June 1 this coming summer, Emirates will offer almost 12,000 seats per week on its services to Brisbane, as a Boeing 777-300ER will now operate alongside the superjumbo Airbus A380 service.

Being one of the four Australian gateways Emirates operate to, Brisbane will now see flight EK430 depart Dubai at 02:30 a.m. and arrive in Brisbane at 22:20 p.m., before its return flight EK431 departs back for Dubai at 02:50 a.m. with an arrival in Dubai at 11:00 a.m.

Emirates currently only operate their Airbus A380 aircraft to Brisbane once per day, making this increase a mark in Emirates’ books as they will then have returned to pre-pandemic operating levels to the city.

However, not long after the Brisbane increase was announced, Emirates bolstered up with even more services to the country.

As from 26 March, Melbourne services will increase from two to three daily flights between Emirates’ Dubai hub via Singapore, with a third direct service to also begin to Sydney from 1 May.
